C3WR was established in 2017 and offers education and training in geospatial technologies. C3WR has a track record of 100% campus projects and placements since inception. The curriculum at C3WR is well equipped with current technical and market needs and cover aspects ranging from basic mapping science to GIS application development, analytical decision-making, soft skills, and personality development.
Centre for Climate Change and Water Research (C3WR) was established in 2017 and offers education and training in the field geospatial technologies and its applications. C3WR has an excellent track record of 100% campus placements since its inception. The curriculum at C3WR is well equipped with current technical and market needs covering various aspects including basic mapping science to the application of GIScience and its development, analytical decision-making, soft skills, and personality development.
C3WR believes in supporting its students throughout including providing ample placement assistance as well. The faculties strengthen the academic knowledge about the Geoinformatics domain and also provide required guidance to the students to prepare them for the placement season. A dedicated placement team works round the clock to bring forth the opportunities for students in the Geoinformatics domain. The C3WR provides guidance and assistance for the projects and for final semester project-cum-placements to students, promotional visits to potential employers, training for interviews and group discussion and facilities for campus interviews.
Internship:
C3WR is actively involved in the internship scheme for the PG students. C3WR encourage the students to join government organization of repute for their dissertation work and training those who wish to pursue career in higher education and research. C3WR also offers paid internships to the students in their last semester to be prepared as per the technical skills and expertise required by the industries and corporate world. The industrial mentoring is offered as well by C3WR in order to enhance student’s technical skills, academic knowledge and professional opportunities.
