Life is changing and the best lesson that this life gives to us is to prepare for the changes by changing ourselves. We should be prepared for a different tomorrow. We should be constantly involved in searching for the options to change and improve ourselves. It is easier to remain stable, but it is more important to remain effective. To be effective, we have to quit our status quo and embrace dynamism. This lesson of life has to be incorporated by all including educational institutions. It is pathetic to find many institutions still continuing with decade old courses and curriculum, while they themselves realize that there is no relevance of those courses in the present context. There are many institutions, which still teach technologies, which are obsolete. Such institutions are playing with the future of the students. Due to such institutions, there is a rise in unemployable graduates. There is a need of transforming the higher education scenario of our country.

The present issue contains papers on infrastructure, e-business and challenges faced by micro-small and medium enterprises. This issue also presents an insight into journey from village boy to corporate trainer. This is a true story of Dr. R N Krishnia, who is the new Principal of ISBM. He has been transforming corporate sector with his expertise in the field of human behavior. His life and journey would be a source of inspiration for the students and readers.

Academic institutions must meet the challenges of the society through introduction of the programs and courses for meeting the needs of the society. Every educational institution must act vigilantly to help the society at large. The problems of the present times and the challenges of tomorrow should be the issues of the curriculum so that the institutions are able to prepare executives for the future.
