Court visit is a curricular activity and practically overviewed about court and court room. Gyan Vihar School of Law arranges all the visiting formality as per the BCI and Court guidelines with prior approval. The purpose of the visit is to understand the work of the court and the nature of the services the judicial officers. The court visit is a highly educational visit for the students as they see the real courtroom scene the proceedings which give them the opportunity to understand how cases are issued and delivered in a pragmatic way of the legal profession. During the visit students understand the role of the court in dispensing justice, in which they observes the live work of the court proceedings; the role of the public prosecutor in criminal trials, the way judges, prosecutors, and defense lawyers handle the cases etc.
