Gyan Vihar School of Pharmacy building is called “Jeevak Bhavan” named after Jeevak Kaumarabhritya (525-450 B.C), a contemporary of Gautam Buddha, who was the first “Historical Doctor”, whose skill and excellence in the field of medical science has no bounds. - Learning Management System (LMS)- We have an ingeniously designed internal student portal, wherein, the students have access to study material of each subject along with their attendance details, their academic calendar and college notifications
- Library- Students have access to more than 100,000 books. The library also has in-house reading facilities and is open from 9am to 9pm
- Digital library- e-books are available on the online portal of “House of Wisdom”. Students are also given access to national and international peer-reviewed journals on N-list.
- Computer Lab- The lab is equipped with branded personal computers adequately supported with high-speed internet connectivity. It is also equipped with a wide range of licensed system software and applications software. Instructors are also regularly available to assist students in the lab.

- Specialised Medicine Knowledge: Scientific information and knowledge concerning basic principles of Pharmaceutics including Cosmetology, Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Analysis
- Specialised Laboratory Knowledge: Basic understanding of synthesis & analysis of medicinal agents, their Mechanism of Actions, drug interactions and other technical evidences related to medicines.
- Specialised Knowledge for Practice: In depth knowledge of Drug Formulation and Development, Quality Assurance, Packaging and Storage of various Drugs in different Dosage Forms including Herbal Medicines.

- Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) and Formulation Development: To Synthesize APIs, intermediate products, development & analysis of various pharmaceutical dosage forms, quality assurance of various pharmaceutical dosage forms including those of herbal origin as per standards of official books, WHO, ICH and other regulatory agencies like USFDA, MHRA etc.
- Scientific Data & Document Preparation: To develop a flair for designing and writing scientific papers, conference presentations based on the results of the research conducted along with documentation involved in production and quality control , product labels, product monographs, patient Information leaflets, regulatory documents etc.
- Public Health Patient-Centred Care: To Acquire current knowledge of Community Pharmacy & Clinical Pharmacy and to use the knowledge in the best interest of the patients and serving the community along with maintaining high standards of professional ethics and participation in health care programs.
