According to experts, campus fests are a great platform to showcase a student's leadership and organization
skills. In many cases, that's where a student learns to coordinate, manage, interact and work together as a
team, with a common objective, something which no classroom activity can offer. Most A-grade colleges have
real-life scenarios replicated as case studies in their events, often focusing on problems faced by corporate
organizations and firms. Experts say it's also an excellent opportunity to put your managerial skills to test.
Nowadays, companies which come for campus recruitment have started looking at student activities, beyond the
four walls of the classroom. Most employers hire students whose potential don’t just revolve around bookish
knowledge. Continuous involvement in more than one activity reflects skills and abilities of the student.
As far as technical fests are concerned, it gives students to showcase their innovative ideas and compete with
their peers. These technical fests are an amalgamation of fun and learning where spectacular ideas are
displayed, and students learn and feel inspired.
