Guidelines for filling online form

Application Form Filling Process:

The candidate needs to fill the required domain as mentioned in application form. Select the program of his/her choice and click on the submit button to proceed to the next page to complete the remaining application process. A system-generated email, mentioning the candidate’s unique student id (SID), 6-digit password and other important instructions will be sent instantly to the e-mail id provided by the candidate.

Application Fee Process:

Having entered the aforementioned information, the candidate then has to pay the application process fee INR 1500. A detail for the mode of payment is as follows:

Candidates can pay the fee online using a Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net Banking.
Candidate can submit a DD (in favor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University payable at Jaipur) or a Challan (generate a copy of the challan form online) that can be deposited at any Axis Bank branch across the country.
User can also deposit the application fee in cash at the University’s Finance Department.
SGVUJEE Process A link will be sent to the candidate along with his/her user name & password for the entrance test SGVUEE.

EXAM CENTERS, DATE & TIME SLOT

Candidate may appear in SGVUJEE through his/her mobile/laptop/desktop with some restrictions. The instructions will be sent with other information to his/her registered e-mail. Candidate can appear in SGVUJEE from all over India.

The duration of SGVUJEE will be of 90 Minutes.

ALLOTMENT OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION LETTER

After getting the provisional admission letter, candidate will submit a DD (in favor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University payable at Jaipur) of INR 15000 or a Challan (generate a copy of the challan form online) that can be deposited at any Axis Bank branch across the country .
Submission of Documents & Fee Process Admission will be confirmed after completing the uploading of documents, documents verification process & fee submission.
Candidates who will be allotted a seat will have to report to the campus on given date with the fee for the confirmation of admission.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Candidate will be informed through e-mail or SMS or both, after receiving the application.
Eligibility rules as specified for each program shall be strictly followed and shall not be relaxed under any circumstances. Admission cell will scrutinize the application whether the candidate is eligible or not. Candidate should satisfy himself/herself that he/she fulfils the eligibility requirements prescribed for the admission to the concerned program of the study. Eligible candidate allowed for SGVUJEE (2025) will be called for counseling. Selected candidate will be issued a provisional admission letter. Admission will be confirmed after document verification process.
Admission will be offered based on the priority of program(s) mentioned by the candidate in the Application form. So applicants have to ensure that they should mention the correct programme preference.
If any statement furnished by the candidate is found incorrect at any time, he/she will be liable to be debarred permanently from the program, and will not be eligible to apply to any other program in the University.
Candidates awaiting the result of qualifying examination may also apply for admission with the clear understanding that their selection for admission will be only if they fulfil all eligibility requirements of the concerned course of study at the time of admission.
A candidate whose qualifying examination is not recognized by this university shall not be eligible for admission. All such applicants/admissions shall be rejected/cancelled.
