It need Innovative and experimental classroom where the flexible facilities and technology in the room facilitate forms of teaching that promote students’ cooperation, discussion and participation.
Educational developers or Program Mentors help teachers get started and can advise them on teaching methods and technology. They can also provide support during the actual teaching and advice on using experience gained in the experimental classroom. in more traditional teaching environments.
Even the Industrial Mentors help the students to understand the working culture of National / International organization. They will share their knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of Industry professional. IM will be the senior person of the Organization eg. CEO, General manager etc.
Industrial mentors also helps students in their Internship Programs as it provide students with practical skills that can aligned with their career aspirants. Minimum 2 Summer Internship will be adding in their Curriculum.
GUEST LECTURES: They expose students to real-world life experiences from the position of someone who has been there. One important benefit that is derived from having a guest speaker is the enhancement of the students' educational experience. This session atleast 4 Guest Lecturer from every field will be invited.
INDUSTRIAL VISITS: With an aim to go beyond academics, Industrial Visit provides students a practical perspective of the work place. SILS will be designing a curriculum having 2 Industrial Visit in a month.
The SILS students of different programs will be provided 1 hr / week training in “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” under the leadership of Dr T.K.Jain.
