Vaibhav Bhardwaj pursued his B.Tech + M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering at SGVU during 2012–2019, graduating as the CSE Batch Topper in 2019.
At SGVU, Vaibhav distinguished himself through:

Today, Vaibhav serves as the Principal Contracts Lead at TAFE SA, a vital public education institution under the Government of South Australia, where he:

- Chairs public sector innovation forums and actively mentors young professionals
- Drove a statewide hygiene initiative—installing female hygiene dispensers across all TAFE SA campuses
- Champions value-driven, community-focused procurement practices
